T is a pie purist and even makes the pastry from scratch! this tummy pleaser had a delicious crust, yummy jam filling, egg custard that was caramelised just so and pimped with haagen dazs vanilla ice cream and fresh raspberries. as a double treat, we also had double cream with the ice cream. decadence!
