it might not seem like much but we've not had a doorbell since moving in in september. when the landlord finally came round with one last evening, it was cause for celebration. and how else does one celebrate a spanking new doorbell than with a pizza delivery? gotta love how inexpensive take out is over here. 2 x 10" pizzas (worth GBP6.50 each!) and kebab with chips for a tenner including delivery? sweet! dire as the kebab might've looked...
now our friends needn't knock like woody woodpecker on the door when they come round.
